wakelocal provides an AI visibility platform that analyzes local business websites and generates an AI-Readiness Score. We offer subscription plans billed monthly.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to scan websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the platform
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Subscriptions and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
No Guarantee of Results
wakelocal provides analysis and recommendations based on publicly available signals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in AI search results, rankings, or citations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, wakelocal’s liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
